Remote Indonesia Dive custom case bound book
Seven West Media entrusted Carbon8 to deliver this lavish corporate publication which went on to win a Bronze at the 2016 National Print Awards in the ‘Books Case Bound’ category.
Used for executive gifting, this custom casebound book with thread-sewn internals uses up to five different papers. Its spine is wrapped in linen and heavy covers of casemade construction are hand glued to the spine. The covers are printed in full colour, matt celloglazed and wrapped around a 2mm board. These are further supported with endpapers adhered to the inside of the covers.
Stamped silver foil on the front cover and spine gives this book an even more luxurious appearance. To further enhance the beautiful underwater photography we used the Indigo's ability to print with two additional colours to extend the colour gamut.
This is a book that, without a doubt, is safe to be judged by its cover.
